NeolyxOS and the broader Ketivee ecosystem (including Zepra Browser and REOX) are currently operated under a single-founder governance model by Swanaya Gupta. This ensures rapid iteration, coherent vision, and uncompromising architectural integrity during these critical early stages.
We welcome community patches, bug reports, and architectural proposals. However, all pull requests merging into the core kernel (`NX_SYS`), filesystem (`NXFS`), or graphics stack (`NXRender`) are heavily scrutinized by the core maintainer. We favor absolute minimalism and correct execution over experimental features.
The internal roadmap is prioritized based on achieving stability, performance, and breaking the Windows legacy constraints. Major RFCs (Requests for Comments) will be published on our blog before massive architectural shifts.
